What payment methods do you accept? ​​​

We currently accept most major credit cards, Paypal and Shop Pay and Google Pay.

Why aren't discount codes, referral codes or loyalty points working?

During major sales events, discount codes, referral codes and loyalty points will be disabled. However, these will be reactivated once the sale is over. All prices shown on the site are as is.

Can I get a price adjustment if I purchase before a new sale?

There will be no price adjustment for any items that go on sale later. Sorry, no exceptions.

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact us at info@fastenclip.com . If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it immediately. Please remember that due to high volumes, we are unable to cancel or adjust orders during major sales events. During our Black Friday/Cyber ​​Monday sales, all sales are final. Please contact info@fastenclip.com if you have any questions.

How do I adjust my order? ​​If

you ordered the wrong size, entered the wrong address, or found any other errors with your order, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to adjust it for you! If your package has already been shipped, we can no longer modify the order.
